Replacing High/Low Beam Bulbs - What Kind? 200

I have and 85' 244 with the quad headlights and id like to get halogen (i do believe those are the really bright ones)bulbs for it but have no idea what ones i'd need. We have a Canadian Tire, Napa, Car Quest, and Quality Auto Parts, locally. What bulbs am I looking for and which store would be the best place to find them?
