Rack Accessory Parts 900

Hi all-
First off, thanks for all the help...

I would appreciate some advice regarding a Rack replacement:

In short:
Original TRW rack used to leak, ordered rebuilt rack from FCP about 15k miles ago and replace by pro. Within a few weeks a slow leak (right bellow) started up again. I kept topping it off, until it has became a weekly thing (this month).

Could there be something damaging the rack and causing a leak?

If I just had bad luck with the rack, and need to replace it (DIY) what additional parts do i need? From looking at the forums, I'll get the mentioned washers.
