1988 volvo 740 GLE right lowbeam headlight fuse is blowing..

Hi everybody,
As th etitle says it all... Fuse keeps blowing ... And i am kinda confused.. does anybody have the wiring diagram for that particular system? What should i start checking? It is fuse number #20.
