Tailgate mounting kit 900

Does anybody have any experience with the tailgate mounting kit from a place such as IPD? Do they significantly reduce the rattling that goes on back there?

I can't tell if this is for the top clips or if it has something to do with the bottom where the plastic screws would be. I have one broken top clip and 3 broken holes where the plastic screws go (so there is only one screw out of 4 holding anything up on the bottom.
