Leaking oil from inner timing cover behind crank and aux. gears?? b230FT 700 1991

After replacing 3 front seals, I still get slow oil leaking out the bottom of the timing belt cover, which is hard to localize to a particular seal. The inner metal place behind the crank and auxillary shaft gears has about 6-10 bolts and I beleive a gasket. Does anyone know this to be a source of oil leakage? and are there any special tips for replacing the gasket once the timing gears are removed? or torque specs for these bolts?

Thanks.
