Ques about seal of injectors in fuel rail of '94 960 900

Is there supposed to be a flat rubber washer in in the bottom of the c-bore in the fuel rail for each injector?

This would be in addition to the o-ring that is on the end of the injector that pokes into the c-bore of the fuel rail.

Strange enough, the parts people at the dealer could not answer this question.
