Hi everybody,
I was on my way to daycare to pick my son up. It was raining and car infront of me stopped hard , i get on the brakes and my car stopped but car behind me was to slow to react and hit me from behind.. I turn my flashers on and pulled my car on the side of the road but the car hit me decided to turn his lights off and haul ass...And i was thinking no he is not.. And my beloved volvo evenwith a rearend damage drivable and i started chasing him. I cut infront of him after about a mile chase. Got of the car open his car door turned the car off and grab his keys.. And i was telling him why did he run..? you f... piece of shi.. I was very very furious.. There was himself and his friend and two girls in the car. I called 911 and wait for the police officer to arrive. It took them 15 mins and i told the office i am charging him for every single charge.. He did not have a drivers lecience and that was the reason he decided to run and put his frineds life in danger... I got a car worth maybe 1000 Dollars with atleast $1500 body damage... and a good story to tell to my son if he ever does something stupid like that i would kill (literaly) him. Now here come the million dollar question , I have never involved in an accident and do not know how to handle his insurance companies adjuster. Anyhint, advices will be great.
