Single circuit master cylinder to a dual MC 120-130

Anyone have a link on how to do it? or any tips? I haven't been able to locate any.

I just want to do the front on one circuit, and the rear on the other circuit right now. I have the full suspension/brake/steering setup from a '71 1800 that I want to install later. Right now I have the MC with adapter plate installed.

I need to make two brake lines (one going to the junction box, and one going to the rear brake line), and plug the rear brake outlet from the junction box. Am I right that the fittings are 3/8" 24UNF and the tubing 3/16" OD? Is this a common fitting size?

Any good ideas on how to setup the brake pedal to keep the plunger rod from coming out from the MC, and keeping it even with the clutch pedal? I have a brake light switch setup from Swem kits, but seems that adding a bar across the pedal cluster box and switch braket would add more safety. Do you leave the spring attached to the brake pedal lever or remove it???

Paul
