The odometer/trip odometer still won't work-though, the speedo still works. I pulled the cluster yesterday, and with the small white gear and larger black gear still in, I was able to manually put some 100 miles on the odometer/trip odometer. Yet when I put the cluster back into the car and connect all the wiring, and then start the car and begin to drive, the odometer/trip odometer fail to work.

When the odometer/trip odometer last worked, I pulled the cluster out without disconnecting anything, and immediately afterward the odometer/trip odometer failed to continue to work. I have checked the connection at the rear axle, and that is in splendid shape. Any additional insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
