All fixed. thanks to summerduckman for the great voltage drop test. Max drop on the positive side was .16 volts we had 1.2 volts. I think that taking the harness connector at the firewall apart and putting it together properly was what fixed it. The clunking and bearing noise was a very bad U joint pointed out to me by Mark at Swedish Independant here in SoCal. Changed that out and it is back to its normal self. Thanks all.
