HELP It won't start, turn crank case, battery is good, must be a relay 200 1987

I've just went outside to check on my OD - relay (which I couldn't find) and when I turn the key to start the car, it won't start. . all lights light up OK
.. I'm just not understanding what's wrong.. . it won't even turn. . Battery is OK.. it's an automatic . .so I think it's got something to do with the position of the shifter? relay. . fuse? I'm just in need of help here..
I will go back out to see if I have any luck HELP
