240 Mystery Relay 200 1991

I have a black relay with 4 connectors (2 gray wires, 2 red wires) mounted just below the coil on the driver's side The part number (1323592) references it as an A/C cooling fan or radio noise surpression relay. However, my car does not have an electric cooling fan and when I disconnect the relay the engine still runs thus eliminating it from the fuel injection system. Does anyone know what it is.
