I'm hyaving a bit of a problem bleeding the brakes on my '87 240 DL wagon. I had changed the MC plus all the calipers on the brake system. I've been trying to bleed them but can't seem to ge the air out of even the first one. (drivers side rear) Not getting big bubbles but lots of little bubbles just keep on coming.
I built my own power bleeder using an hand pumped insecticide sprayer filled half way with new brake fluid. A tube is connected to an old MC resevoir cap which is screwed onto the resevoir. I screwed a spare caliper bleeder screw into that to connect the tubing to.
Is there a more sure fire method? I went through 3 qts of brake fluid and still getting small air bubbles.
Getting real frustrated. First time I've done this so not a pro.
thanks for any help.
