1990 Volvo 740 GL has problems need help? 700 1990

I have a few problems with my car! 1) It has a hard time starting after i've driven it and then park it for a few minutes snd try to start it again? 2)It seems to shift a little hard in every gear? 3)There is alot of play in the shfter? 4)There is a slight vibration from the center of the car when i go 45 and again at 50 mph??? pleas help?
