How big an alternator do I actually need? 200 1977

I've got myself a B21E powered 245 with very few options fitted. The Stock externally regulated 55A alternator seems to do just find with the setup I've got. It needs to run: fuel pumps; ignition; running lights; indicators; 55/60W headlights; brake lights; a couple of interior lights; rear demist; heater fan; dashlights; and a glovebox light all while charging a 460 CCA battery.

The radio is very basic, with one only one working speaker since the car was broken into. At the moment the alternator happily puts out 13.6 Volts with everything I can think of turned on.

I'm planning on adding some extra lights to the car, with two 100W driving lights on the grill, extra fogs and hopefully switching to 90/100W globes in the headlights. Am I going to be able to run an additional 300W of light on the stock 55A, or is an upgrade to a 70 or 100A alternator in order?
