Front Control Arm Bushing Help 200

Starting replacement of the front control arms and bushings on my 1980 242. I got a set of front control arms from the boneyard. When I separated the control arm from the rear cup bracket it appears that the rubber from the rear (large) bushing separated from its inner metal sleeve, leaving the sleeve frozen to the control arm spindle. What is the best way to remove this sleeve from the spindle so I can slide on the new bushing ? Thanks.

Mike
