Ok I went the route and purchased the poly bushings for the rear torsion or reaction rods as they are called. The only problem is, do I remove the old outer shells of the old bushings and just insert the poly bush in the end of the rod or do I use the old bushing outer shell and insert the poly bushings into this and then into the rod? No instructions in the box..what a shock.
