No Start Flywheel Sensor?? 200

I replaced the flywheel and no start. See below on earlier post about transmission and clutch. It is reported by mechanic that there is no spark. Even if the flywheel is in wrong position (volvo says it only goes in one way) there is no spark. Sensor was "tested" and passed but I still have no spark. Anybody have some advice for me? Please?
