740 90' Wagon Hard Start Help Me Please

MY 740 has to crank for almost 1 min sometimes 2 or 3 times before it starts
things i have done

1. Cleaned IAC
2. Cleaned Throttlebody
3. Cleaned EGR out whew that was nasty
4. Cleaned Oil Trap and Flame Trap
5. Replaced Fuel Regulator
6. Cleaned the Intank Pump.

Any Help Please.
