Rough running 245ti

Just did some major work milage on the car is 240,000..Timing belt front seals new Nissan radiater cleaned the injectors (because of previous rough idle issue)....Know she runs horrible rough idle, hesitation when starting from a dead stop. Highway driving is hesitant at best...The car wants to go but you can feel her struggle at crusing speed (65-75 mph)..Some suggestions I've heard where the injectors needed to be replaced...But I'm thinking it could be a timing issue or other aliments such as vacuum leaks....Need some help here...Thanks
