Replacement muffler for 240 what's the best? 200

The rear muffler on my 240 is starting to rust through. Are Volvo OEM mufflers, as available from the authorized Volvo dealer, the same as aftermarket Bosal or Starla mufflers? Or, is the muffler I can buy from my local Volvo dealer made by another manufacturer, and of higher quality than Bosal or Starla? I would prefer the quietest muffler available for the 240. What is the best?
