Window all the way down,door stuck closed 700 1992

Hi,guys
I have a 92 740 turbo wag.that I got for next to nothing...runs excellent,however has some problems that I assume that need attention and I dont know where to start,without doing more damage:Pass side front window,worked perfect,then it got stucked in down position,will not move up...door panel is out by now,switch is good(can hear a click when I press it down,so,it has power),will not go up from the door or main switch...any ideas how to lift that window,disengage it from the motor/regulator?
Rear door stuck closed,will not open from inside or out,outside release is stuck,inside handle seems fine,when I pull it,however will not open the door...
