I was curious to see what happened if I intentionally connected the red/white wire to the instrument cluster. I learned that it pegged the needle and took out my vehicle speed signal. Too late, I am reading warnings in the archives against doing this. But I'm not finding any info on repairing damage to the speedo. Can anyone point me to schematics or repairs to the missing vehicle speed signal.
