244 Turbo Sway Bars on a 245? 200

I have a decent 83 244T that I am thinking of parting out.

My question is, will a turbo sedan rear sway bar work on a 93 wagon? I know the front turbo bar is 23mm and the back on the sedan is 21mm, would this be a reasonable set up for a 245?

Also, are the front springs different on a turbo and worth switching out?
