accessory mount bushings, any diff. in engine noise? 700 1990

The car is fairly quiet most of the time, until the RPMs hit about 3000 or so. This is roughly 75MPH and at this point the engine makes a lot of noise. Just wondering if replacing the accessory mount bushings might make much of a difference? Or am I going to need to rip apart the engine and do stuff like replacing the hushers inside?
