Adding fog lamps to '94 940 900

Hello,
I've recently procured and mounted some bosche fog lamps that came from a BMW. I would like to do as little wiring as possible to connect these lamps. My 940 did not come w/ fog lamps, but does have the switch and perhaps the connectors as well. I noticed that there are connectors that zip gripped to the headlight wires but the voltage from them is low and does not cease when I flick the fog lamp switch. What are these connectors?

What is the best way to wire these fog lamps, using as much factor equipment as possible?
