B20 Lifters - Hydraulic? 120-130

I was wondering if anyone knows if SB Chevy hydraulic lifters would work in a B18/B20 motor. The Isky / IPD lifters sold with a pushrod kit are the same number as the SBC lifters so I know the physical size would work with those same lifters. Would there be enough oil pressure for the lifters to pump up? Any thoughts? I'm thinking it might make for a quieter and more maintenance free motor.
