problem with 240 power windows 200 1990

Just got a 1990 Volvo 240 and find the rear power windows are a little funky. Both rear windows seem to go down most of the time, but don't like to go back up. If I play with the front window switches I can eventually get the rear switch to work to bring the rear window back up. Where is a good place to start my troubleshooting? Thanks!
