92 940 brake lights don't work 900 1992

I checked the brake switch and am getting voltage across it when I depress the brake pedal. All the bulbs are good.
However, I am getting zero volts at all the brake light connections.
Where else do I need to check? Is there a connector hidden somewhere in the line back to the lights?
