Front end shimmy 900 1995

Front end shimmy started in my '95 965 290,000mi when braking. Had rotors cut, was fine for 500mi,shimmy returned. I then installed new Brembo rotors and pads. Again fine for about 500mi. Now shimmy is worse than ever. Any ideas? Thanks
