idle behaviour when coming to a stop 900

This evening I encountered a 'hiccup' with the 960 when I was coming to a stop from travelling at 35 mph. After I took my foot off the accelerator and was braking for the stop lamp, I could feel the engine shaking fairly violently whilst coming to a stop (at about 15mph). Then when stopped, the shaking lasted approx. 2 seconds, then it restored back to normal. Ive noticed the idle has become 'lumpy' (the engine bucks the car just slightly to let you feel it moving the car), but not always. Sometimes it is fine, sometimes acceptable, then sometimes worse.

Does anyone know what the problem may be here? The car is regularly serviced, the oil and filter have been changed, Volvo spark plugs only 7,000 miles old, I cleaned the flame trap, IAC valve throttle body face plate 2 months or so ago. Does it sound like a suspect IAC valve or throttle body/intake gasket? Or could it be the O2 sensor, i think it is original. I dont have any engine codes showing.

Thanks for your help, kind regards
