worn track rod and torque rod bushings in rear end 200

I was doing my rear brakes yesterday, and when I had the axle off the ground I noticed the panhard and torque rod bushings are completely shot. The axle rotates quite easily for 5 degrees or so where the rubber is gone. I've known for a while now that these were worn (rear-end clunks going over bumps), but I didn't realize how bad it was. I'm imagine driving with this condition is not great for the rear driveshaft universal joint or the rear suspension in general. In a week or two, I can get access to a hydraulic press and do all the rear bushings at once.

My question is, is this condition dangerous, or merely noisy?
