Clanging sound after tow 200 1989

Hi all

Starter died so I had it towed home approximatley 80 kms. Replaced the starter with a used one and it starts fine. Upon acceleration and running there is a clanging/rattling sound coming from either under the car or in the engine bay, can't tell. It does not happen when I brake or coast. The exhaust seems good and I already removed the heat shield from the exhaust manifold. Any ideas on what it may be
