940 turbo 93 doesn't start warm 900 1993

It starts when is cold or warm but waiting a couple minutes. Very difficult to start when I am driving lot. But if I open the hood and wait 5 minutes it starts. New plugs, distrubutor, wires, coil, ignition amp. Good fuil pressure and intake vaccum.
