Center bearing measurement mystery 700 1988

Hi ya'll...I measured the front half driveshaft diameter and the distance between the center bearing and center of the middle u-joint.
FCP groton lists the part # according to a "50.8 mm"front Dshaft diam. and a distance of 106 mm between the cent. bearing and the ujoint as a particular part combination and another set of sizes as a different part# combination.

My car has a 50.8 diam dshaft and measures well over 106mm between the bearing and ujoint. it's a lot closer to 208 mm .

So basically, it's got half the specs of one rubber mount and bearing kit and the other half the specs from the other size kit.

What gives???? Anyone else ran into this?

its an 88 740 230ft sedan with an aw71

this isn't a major problem, but I'd like to order a new rubber mount (this one's almost shot) and FCP is a looong way from where I live, so playing the parts return game is a real PITA, if you know what i mean.

Thanks for any input! Have a good weekend, brickers!
