Volvo relay 200 1988

I looked under my steering wheel column, and i found a relay hub with no relay on it.... it has a total of 6 wires going to it but has 8 holes, its top row wires go, (no wire,2,3,4) , and the bottom row goes (1,no wire,3,4) does anyone know if this is why my headlights arent working and my back ones are wierd? or is there a list of different relays so i can find which one i need to plug in?
