I found out what it is 200 1988

I looked at the wire colors and compared them to a wiring diagram i have, and found out its the warning buzzer, on the wiring diagram it says "solid state" inside the box labeled warning buzzer, anyways i still havent gotten anywhere on why my lights arent working correctly... when i turn the light switch the bulb fail light comes on and unfortunately no headlights, i checked the headlight bulbs and they arent burned out....so i dont know what that means or what to diagnose when that bulb fail light comes on, any answers?
