Spotted a 240 wagon that died on the 610 N loop exit ramp in Houston.....I honked and flashed the V 200

I'm hoping he got it going.

I usually stop and offer help to 240 owners (or any car owners if they look legit) when they crap out on the road but I was in heavy traffic near an interchange and I didn't know the area well enough to get back to him.

It was a gold colored wagon that I think was around a 90 model.
He was working near the battery so I'm hoping he knew what was wrong and was able to get it going without paying a tow truck.
Here in Houston we have a program that is called Safe Clear.
If you have problems on the freeways a tow truck will be dispatched to you and tow you off the freeway for up to 1 mile for free. You do not have a choice. A police officer will be dispatched if you don't comply.

I like it. Some people don't because they think that big government is making them do something that they don't want to do.
This guy was on the exit ramp so maybe he wasn't hassled.

I flashed the V but I hope he wasn't annoyed by my gesture.
