Turn signal relay 700 1989

Volvo lovers,

I don't know why I can't find it. Probably because I am a novice. But the turn signals on my '89 740 turbo are inop. All at one on the same day.

No damage to my turn signal lever. All fuses are good. All bulbs are good. I nopticed that I am not hearing the click of the relay.

Is the relay the issue? If so, where is it located?
