Running out of ideas, replaced a bunch of stuff - now wont start up 200

Hello fellow bricksters,

I replaced the injector seals, intake manifold gasket, removed and cleaned throttle body and replaced gasket, thermostat, hoses, repaired some wiring.

Engine turns over, acts like it wants to start up for second or two, but then just dies. I checked for spark, spark plug firing order, ground wires.

Do I need to re-pressurize the fuel system, or will the fuel pump do it when the ignition key is turned? Is it possible the fuel pump relay went out just by coincidence?
