Is there an aftermarket manifold for a 164? 140-160 1969

After the motor rebuild was finished I still have about only 12" vaccuum. My suspicions point now to a fulty manifold. It's all that's left to replace. Is there any source for a new one aftermarket or is it pick-a-part?
