95 960 Differential fluid change 900

I plan on doing a drain and refill on the differential on my 95 960 sedan. What fluid should I use? What is the Volvo recommended? Some seem to suggest Mobil 1, but I hear the synthetic switch may led to leaks as it cleans so efficiently.

What process should be used to to the drain and refill?

Want to be sure to do it properly.
