Engine running rough - occasional backfire 200 1992

My 1992 240 with 140,000 miles is running rough. Starting up from a stop is sluggish, once in a while, I get a backfire.

I had another 240 a few years ago that had a clogged flame arrestor, could this be happening with my 92?

The car was tuned up about a year ago.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
