I just looked at an 1985 245 DL

Floor pan rust
Needs wiring harness
Needs steering rack
Interior rough

Cold a/c
New clutch
New Distributor
Paint good
Straight

$275 in Indiana, can't decide. It would keep me off the streets for a while.
