B230F w/130K Miles, Valve Guide Wear Judgement? 200 1991

Hello:
I have my B230F engine out and in pieces.
This is because of massive ongoing oil leaking caused by excessive blowby.
The rings were carboned in there basically solid, no movement possible.
There was so much carbon on tops of pistons and in the head dishes that
before taking the head off, I had turned engine down on its side, and carbon
junk piled up piston edge and interfered with TDC, could not hand-crank it over!
Anyway.... cleaned up now, new rings, honed, etc etc.. even had new rod bushings pressed and honed... but the valve guides worry me. How much clearance is enough??? for example, valve stems measure 0.3125 and corresponding guide is 0.3150.. That is, a pilot drops in to that taper point, measuring the pilot at that neck point=0.3150 .. so, with that I'd say I have 0.0025 clearance. There has to be SOME clearance and I think 0.002 is right.... so these guides would be perfectly fine for another few years???? The valve heads wiggle about that 0.002 just lifted off the seat. A guide job is not something I can do alone, and a machine shop bill is not in my budget right now... but if I HAVE TO I will, so please advise? Yes, carbon on top of valves too, but I think it's the seals that were hard as rocks...definitely shot...
