So what should I be looking for on this GOLD 244 Turbo? 200

I know someone on here said that there could be a lot wrong with a 23 year old car, so what should I be looking at besides the common? (Ex. wiring harness, date timing belt was done, vacuum lines.) Like I previously mentioned, the guy had the turbo replaced with a water-cooled turbo which (according to one of the bricksters on here-thank you!) is less problematic than the regular turbo. I can't think of anything off of the top of my head besides the problems that I previously mentioned, rust, and the exhaust. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
This is what the seller told me about the 244:
"There is some rust behind both wheel wells, and a spot to the left of the rear license plate. The car passed MD state inspection last year, and they're very strict on rust regarding the floorboards or any other area that exhaust fumes may leak into the cabin. The paint is pretty good except for the front fenders on either side of the hood where it's faded. the front seats are in very good condition, the back seat has a split in the seam that can be sewn, even both map pockets are still good(not broken). The front bumper is a little beat up(rubber is torn), but mechanically the car runs great."
...and...
" The turbo was replaced @99,000 miles(water-cooled unit). It is currently tagged and titled and driven daily here in MD. I'm asking $1950, but certainly open to any reasonable offer. I need another Volvo for a family member who will only drive an automatic, and your 91 also has an airbag.Let me know if you have any interest in my car, maybe we can work out a deal."
sounds good for me, but I'd def like some brickboarding insight. Thanks!!
