Replacing seat belt latch? 700 1990

I have to replace the seat belt latch (the part that is anchored near the console on the floor). It looks like just one bolt. There also is the wiring for the seat belt sensor. Does this just unclip?

Any precautions I should take regarding the airbag (it's a 1990 740)?
