1987 240 DL Won't Start...NOTHING! HELP!! 200 1987

I have a 240 DL, When I turn the key I get nothing! It was running, I drove about 10-miles into town. Stopped at the grocerie store. When I tried to start my volvo the battery was dead. I got a jump which took a long time to charge up, drove home, and on the way home it kept cutting out almost dying. When I got home and turned it off, I haven't been able to get it started since. Has new battery, Has juice going to the starter, out of the starter, to the alternator, but when I turn the key I get nothing! Anyone out there have this problem before?
