Source for j-type overdrive seals 200

My j-type overdrive needs new seals. It only shifts into overdrive well, when cold, and above 100 km an hour. On hot days it sometimes will not go in at all. I am pretty sure this means the O-ring seals on the actuator pistons are leaking too much.

Do I need the whole mini-rebuild kit from IPD, or can I just do the seals? Are there any cheaper sources for the seals or kits? I have not priced them at the Volvo dealer yet. I suppose the IPD kit will seem cheap after I check with the Volvo dealer.

Also the Haynes manual says to take out the relief valve and oil pump before taking apart the overdrive. Is this necessary to replace the actuator O rings? I'd rather not take apart anything thats not necessary.
