Blower not working - intermittent 900 1995

Hi all,

Have a 95 940 and blower is intermittent and currently in the not blowing phase. Fuse 16 is good and has power. Fuse 6 on the other hand is good but no power to the socket, and while in testing no power to socket 7 either. Is there a relay or link or something that could be causing this? It has happened several times and then all of a sudden it pops back on. Help please, need the AC right now and man it can be cold with no blower in the winter.
